At Wolvor Global, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience when shopping for army products, clothing, and military technology. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure that our Returns and Refunds Policy is clear and accommodating.
1. Washing and Handling Instructions: Please follow washing and handling instructions carefully to maintain the quality of our products. We do not offer returns or exchanges for items that have been mis-washed or mishandled.
2. Defective Merchandise: If you receive a defective item, we're here to assist. Defective merchandise will be exchanged at its current value, provided it's accompanied by a receipt.
3. Online Exchanges: To make an exchange online, simply return the item(s) following our return process and proceed to make a new purchase. Alternatively, you can complete an exchange at one of our Wolvor owned stores.
4. Defective 3rd Party Products: Defective 3rd party products must be processed through the manufacturer. We'll guide you through the necessary steps to ensure a smooth resolution.
5. Return Inspection and Condition: When returning items, please ensure non-defective merchandise is in its original, unworn condition. Our team will inspect returned items to ensure they meet these criteria.
6. Underwear and Face Masks: For hygiene reasons, underwear and face masks are considered Final Sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.
7. Patches Return Policy: We value the authenticity of our patches. All sales are final for patches, but we accept returns for refunds or exchanges if patches are damaged or defective.
8. Items Marked as "Final Sale" and Promotional Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or promotional items such as free gifts-with-purchase or buy-one-get-one-free items may not be returned or exchanged.
9. Altered/Embellished Items: Items that have been altered or embellished are not eligible for return. We recommend reviewing the item's original condition before making any modifications.
10. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable, except as required by law.
11. International Returns and Exchanges: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges from purchases made outside of the United States.
